Healh as a rignht: acesso f the street population to healts services: Saúde como direito: acesso da população em situação de rua aos serviços de saúde

This study aimed to: Describe, through a literary survey, the perception of homeless people in relation to the provision of health services and the accessibility process in the search for health care. Thus, the methodological design was chosen: an integrative review, conducted according to the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Anslyses (PRISMA) protocol. We used as inclusion criteria primary studies that addressed the access to health services offered by public health institutions to homeless people, published from 2011 to November 2021 in any language. Databases: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), via PubMed; Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS), via the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and the Spanish Bibliographic Index on Health Sciences (IBECS), also through the VHL. A total of 08 studies were obtained as results. It can be concluded that: there is a fragmentation in the accessibility process of homeless people to enter health services, such individuals permeate social stigmas, prejudice, inhumane situations and even the devaluation of their health problems. Inferring when their perception is that they are unattended by public policies and without direct health promotion and prevention actions.
