1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Space Frontiers, a Wyoming private corporation with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the service user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1.2. By using the Space Frontiers service, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The Provider reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.

2.1. Space Frontiers provides access to APIs for search, data processing, and other functions described in the documentation.

2.2. The Provider reserves the right to add, modify, or remove Service functionality without prior notice.

2.3. The User receives a non-exclusive right to use the API in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

3.1. The cost of using the Space Frontiers service is determined according to the current rates published on the website.

3.2. Our pricing model follows a simple formula: Base Price + (Multiplier × Variable), where the variable depends on the specific API (limit parameter, number of tokens, etc.).

3.3. Payment for API usage is made by deducting funds from the User's account balance. Each API call is charged according to current rates and automatically deducted from the User's balance.

3.4. If there is insufficient balance in the User's account, access to the API may be restricted until the account is replenished.

3.5. The Provider reserves the right to change rates, notifying Users 30 days before the changes take effect.

4.1. Payment for services is made in US dollars.

4.2. The User makes a prepayment to their account in an arbitrary amount. All deposited funds are credited to the User's account balance in the system.

4.3. The following payment methods are available:

• Credit/Debit cards via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

4.4. The User can view their current account balance and transaction history in their personal account dashboard.

Subscriptions

4.5. The Provider offers monthly recurring subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

4.6. The User may cancel their subscription at any time from the Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period.

4.7. The Provider reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

4.8. The Provider does not refund unused funds on the User's balance, except in cases provided for by applicable law.

5.1. The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not transfer API access to third parties
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Make timely payments for service usage according to the selected rate

5.2. The User has the right to:

• Receive technical support
• Change the rate plan
• Stop using the service at any time

6.1. The Provider undertakes to:

• Ensure stable operation of the service
• Provide technical support
• Ensure the security of user data

6.2. The Provider has the right to:

• Change the functionality of the service
• Restrict access to the service in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement
• Collect anonymous usage statistics of the service

7.1. The User is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the provided data
• Compliance with the terms of this Agreement
• The security of their account credentials

7.2. The Provider is not liable for:

• Interruptions in the service caused by technical reasons
• Inability to use the service for reasons beyond the Provider's control
• Any actions of third parties

8.1. The User has the right to stop using the service at any time.

8.2. The Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally in case of violation of its terms by the User.

8.3. In case of termination of the Agreement, the Provider does not refund any remaining balance for the paid period.
